No. All Noon Chi face masks are free from fragrance, parabens, and silicones. Our clean beauty formulas are designed to be gentle, non-irritating, and suitable for sensitive skin.
Are Noon Chi masks safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, all Noon Chi masks are safe to use, except the Retinol (Vitamin A) version, which is best avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In any case, we recommend consulting your doctor and patch-testing the product on a small area before use
What is the shelf life of Noon Chi masks?

Each pouch shows the expiration date on the back. The average shelf life is 24–36 months, depending on the production batch. Once opened, use the mask within 24 hours.
Are Noon Chi masks vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Noon Chi products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and free from animal-derived ingredients.
What material are Noon Chi masks made of?

Our masks are made of 100% biodegradable plant cellulose, a premium eco-fiber that perfectly adheres to the skin for maximum serum absorption and ingredient delivery.

  2. Apply the mask and leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Remove it and gently massage the remaining serum until fully absorbed.
  4. Do not rinse.

The outer pouch should be disposed of in plastic waste.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a Noon Chi account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and checkout faster next time.
How do I apply a discount code?

Can I buy single masks or only skincare kits?

You can purchase both single sheet masks and curated skincare kits designed for hydration, glow, repair, or anti-aging routines.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship?

Noon Chi ships to Italy and across Europe. For orders outside the EU, custom duties or local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
What are the delivery times?
  • Italy: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • Extra EU: varies depending on destination
Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free above the minimum order threshold, indicated in the website banners. Below that amount, a small delivery fee applies.
Can I return a product?

Yes, if the item is unused and unopened, within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or an error occurred in your order.
What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noon-chi.com, including photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
