2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern:

  • access and use of the website www.noon-chi.com;
  • browsing, account registration, and purchase of single-use skincare products;
  • order management, shipping, returns, and payments;
  • personal data protection and intellectual property.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
A.C. Cosmetics S.r.l. reserves the right to modify them at any time, with updated versions posted on the site.

4. Website Navigation & Account

  • Website browsing is free and open.
  • Account creation is optional for purchases.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate personal data to allow correct order
    processing and timely delivery.

5. Products & Availability

  • All products are single-use cosmetics intended for skincare.
  • Products are subject to availability as indicated on the website; prices are VAT
    included.
  • Images are for reference only; in case of description or pricing errors, the order may be canceled with full refund.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed via Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal. Noon Chi does not store credit card data.
  • Bank transfer payments are processed after credit verification (3–5 business days).
  • Orders not received within 10 days are automatically canceled.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer.

7. Shipping & International Orders

  • Shipping is available to Italy and over 120 countries via trusted carriers (BRT, FedEx, etc.).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Italy: 2–5 business days
    • Europe: 3–7 business days
    • Rest of the world: 3–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout; free shipping applies above specific order values indicated on website banners.
  • International purchases outside Italy/EU: any customs duties, local taxes, or
    import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Prices shown on the website are in
    Euros and include Italian VAT only.

8. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

  • Opened products cannot be returned, according to EU regulations for single-use cosmetics.
  • Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced by contacting Customer Service
    (info@noon-chi.com).
  • Unopened, unused, and intact products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 14 days of approval; refunds are issued within 30 days from confirmation.
  • Right of withdrawal applies only to customers in Italy and the EU

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, videos, logos, graphics) is the property of A.C. Cosmetics S.r.l. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Noon Chi is not responsible for:
    • shipping delays caused by carriers;
    • indirect damages from product use;
    • improper use of cosmetics.
  • The platform does not guarantee complete error, interruption, or virus-free access.

11. Personal Data & GDPR

  • All data collected is processed according to Noon Chi Privacy Policy and GDPR
    regulations.
  • Users can exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and portability of their data.
  • Newsletter subscriptions and quizzes require explicit consent, revocable at any time.
