Right of Withdrawal (EU & Italy Only)

Customers residing in Italy or the European Union have the right to withdraw from a
purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83.

To initiate a withdrawal, contact our Customer Service via info@noon-chi.com with your order number. You will receive detailed instructions for returning the item(s).

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

As per Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, returns are not accepted for:

• Sealed products that have been opened
• Single-use cosmetic products where hygiene is compromised once the primary
  packaging is opened.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and intact
• In their original packaging
• Complete with accessories, documentation, and labels

Damaged or incomplete products may be rejected or partially refunded.

Returns (Italy, EU, and International)

• Contact Customer Service to start the return process.
• You will receive instructions including the return address and shipping details.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
• Processed within 14 days from withdrawal confirmation, or 30 days for partial
  refunds (e.g., product unavailability).
• Bank processing times may affect the actual date the refund appears.

International Orders (Outside EU/Italy)

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases outside the EU.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.
